Our company allows you to return products within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition and the official tags remain intact. The exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the product is in the same condition as it was received.
Warranty and Replacement Terms
We guarantee our products for one to two years, as stated in the product description, from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects resulting from manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage resulting from misuse or external accidents. In the event of damage due to misuse, the necessary repair will be carried out at a cost not exceeding half the price of the original product, depending on the extent of the damage. Product repairs may only be performed by our company during the warranty period. If the repair is performed outside our scope, the warranty will be void. We also provide maintenance services for products after the warranty period has expired, at full cost depending on the extent of the damage, which will be determined after inspection.
